Ashlee’s Story
I’ve spent my career around food and hospitality — first in restaurants, then with one of the largest beverage companies in the world — so I’ve seen firsthand how sharing a meal can bring people together.
The idea for Prava! came to me on a beach trip with friends. We had a big group, a few kids, and the same plan as everyone else: dinner out. None of the local restaurants took reservations, and after getting everyone ready, driving into town, and waiting for hours, I spotted a cork board covered with flyers advertising — local chefs offering to cook in your home.
I thought, “There has GOT to be a better way to connect these chefs with people looking for an easier, more memorable dining experience.”
That’s how Prava! was born — a simple way to bring talented chefs and hungry hosts together for nights that feel special, effortless, and unforgettable.
