Serving Time: The time you select during booking reflects the meal service time. Your chef will typically arrive up to two hours prior in order to prepare.
Payments: All payments are processed securely through our platform. We do not accept cash or checks.
Chef Certification: All Prava! chefs are fully vetted and ServSafe® certified.
Insurance: Homeowner or renters insurance will cover the property in the event of an emergency

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are refundable, minus the booking fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are refundable up to 50%.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled meal will be charged in full.
